Ron is a Chicago-based attorney with nearly 20 years of experience and possesses a strong history of obtaining positive results for his clients. Mr. Sandack is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the DePaul University College of Law.
Playing and watching sports have always been exhilarating for Ron Sandack. He has fond memories of playing sports as a young child, and since the age of six, Ron has played team sports. His seemingly innate love of athleticism propelled him to play a number of different sports, such as football, baseball, basketball, and hockey, throughout not only his childhood but through high school and college. As a natural-born leader, Ron enjoyed all aspects of being on a team, whether as a leader or as a supporting member and revealed in the competition, both physically and mentally.
These days, Ron Sandack dedicates most of his time to his professional endeavors; however, running has become his new and increasingly favorite athletic pursuit. Ron completed his first full marathon this year and has plans to continue running long distance races. Mr. Sandack especially loves the mental challenges long distance races bring. While he has remained in peak physical condition, the mental aspects of the sport challenge him in a whole new way that he finds fulfilling.
Staying active is wholly ingrained into Ron Sandack’s psyche. He believes that an idle body is a wasteful one and learned from a young age the benefits of not only staying healthy but challenging yourself to work harder than you ever thought possible. As he’s gotten older and does not have the time to participate in team sports, Ron has become more and more involved in watching his favorite professional teams play. As an athlete himself, Ron possesses a greater appreciation for the enormous time and effort athletes put into honing their craft. For as long as Mr. Sandack is physically able, he will continue to pursue greater challenges in running and any other sport he attempts.
Mr. Sandack is a Partner at Gaido & Fintzen and has been practicing law since 1990. He uses the discipline, his competitive nature, and the teamwork skills he learned from participating in sports throughout his life to drive his career forward.
